Verify your email & set a password

We require a short email verification step before helpers or customers can set a password for the SettlyGo mobile app. Request a six-digit code, then confirm it here to finish securing your account.

How verification works

  • 1.Enter the email tied to your helper or customer profile and request a verification link.
  • 2.Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a SettlyGo security email sent from hello@settlygo.app.
  • 3.Click the green button in the email to verify and set your password instantly (or use manual codes if the link doesn't work).
  • 4.Passwords let you log into the SettlyGo mobile app. Web dashboards continue working the same way.

Didn't receive the email?

  • Confirm the email is correct and matches your SettlyGo account.
  • Check spam or promotions folders.
  • If still missing, contact support so we can unblock your email address.

Verified senders only

SettlyGo signs every email with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Messages about verification will always come from hello@settlygo.app.
