SettlyGo retains personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes identified in our Privacy Policy, or to comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations. Once the retention period expires, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Certain data may be retained longer when: (a) there is an active dispute, (b) financial audits are in progress, (c) we must comply with statutory requirements such as AO §147 in Germany, or (d) the user provides explicit consent for continued storage (e.g., talent pools). When an exception ends, the standard retention timer resumes.
Users can delete their data from their dashboard or by emailing privacy@settlygo.app. All requests are logged, acknowledged within 7 days, and fulfilled within 30 days unless an exception applies.
