From application to booking access
Creating an account only starts an application. It does not make someone a bookable helper.
1. Application
Applicants submit their name, phone, city, languages, and the services they can help with, and accept the current policies and the Helper Agreement.
2. Identity verification
Applicants verify their identity through Stripe Identity: a government-issued photo ID plus a matching selfie with a liveness check.
3. Manual profile review
SettlyGo manually reviews every application before granting booking access. Applications stay pending, and cannot claim bookings, until they are approved.
4. Ongoing accountability
Customers rate helpers after completed bookings. Helpers who violate platform standards or receive credible complaints can be suspended or excluded from matching.

- Identity verification confirms who the helper says they are. It does not certify their professional skill or judgment.
