Whether a landlord or agent accepts a representative is their decision, and your helper cannot sign for you or make decisions for you.
Your helper can share what they saw, including photos or videos where agreed with you and permitted by the landlord, agent or occupants. Not every viewing allows it, so we cannot promise them, and this is not a live video service. A short written recap is included if needed.
€69 flat, VAT included, for about 2 hours. Your helper attends the viewing, translates between German and English, asks your questions, and sends a written recap with the key details and next steps. You can message your helper and upload documents through your booking. There are no hidden fees.
You can book up to 180 days ahead and as late as 4 hours before the viewing starts. Helper matching starts after payment. If we cannot find a helper, we contact you about next steps, including refund options.
On your first booking you get a full refund up to 24 hours before the viewing and 50% after that. Later bookings are refunded 90% up to 48 hours before, 50% from 24 to 48 hours before, and not within 24 hours. If a helper cancels, you get a full refund. See Pricing and cancellation for details.
Helpers do not give legal advice or review tenancy agreements, do not sign documents for you, and do not provide certified translation. They cannot guarantee you get the apartment or make rental decisions for you.
