€39 flat, VAT included, for about one hour of support. You can book a call starting at least 60 minutes ahead. Matching starts after payment; if no helper can be matched, we contact you about next steps, including refund options.
The same policy applies as for apartment viewings. For a first booking, cancelling at least 24 hours ahead is refunded in full, and later bookings and shorter notice follow the tiers in our Terms. If you change your mind within 15 minutes of paying and before a helper accepts, the refund is also full.
